The song itself is ok,maybe the video is ridiculous but a turn down for me in this song is that they uses a phrase that Aliester Crowley wrote"Love is the law,love under will"....Its from his book "Book of the Law". Dunno maybe some ppl will love it even more cause of this,but to me they gave negative aspect to it all....so we can easily think of Severina as a "Moonchild" -another book of Aliester Crowley....."...Moonchild shining bright,and she's dancing..." :)

On a totally separate note the music from this band is very solid with a great drummer......Steve Spring. His dad was a very famous session drummer in the 60's and played with some of the greats. His name was Brian Spring and influenced other drummers such as Billy Cobham.......I know this because I was in a band with Steve back in the early 80's before he joined The Mission....he was only 17 then but you could tell he would go on to much better things......keep on rocking it Steve.......

Among many great memories associated with this song, one of the most vivid is when I had just walked off stage at The Krypt in Los Angeles after just completing a succesful set with the band I was with at that time... making our way backstage and hearing the DJ put Severina on and feeling it pulse through the wall as the ebbing adrenaline coursed through my veins...The LA goth scene circa 1986-1989 was amazing!
