my father was a barber from a family of barbers in europe and always cut my hair short ,when i finally was old enough and not under his control of cutting my hair ,it was starting to thin out and eventually i became bald , i never was able to realize my dream of having long hair and looking like i wanted ,now that im older i look back at those days and wished i could of had my hair long atleast once in my life ,don,t let little bobby go thru life that way , give him the choice once in his life!

Don't worry. I give my son a choice. I prefer his hair to be longer. The day I got his hair cut at this shop, it was because he cut his bangs all the way down to his scalp...so it needed to be cut. After I got his hair cut on this day, he decided that he likes it buzzed so this is how I continue to cut it. If he decided to let it grow, that would be fine with me.

As I mentioned in my other comment reply to you, I only cut his hair this short because he had cut his own bangs off...right down to the scalp. So I was correcting the damage he did. However at this point, he rather enjoys it buzzed so this cut has become the norm for him.

It was a decent place...I have no complaints.

Since the odds are against him that he'll one day go bald, I don't see any point in shaving it all off while he has it. LOL But you're right, he looks good with both cuts.

I usually take him to Kidz Cutz for his haircut however the business closed so we went to the barber shop...it wasn't a familiar place to him.
