Jim a classic squash stroke. If you break it down your hitch in preparation reminds me of Jansher's, but at the point of contact perfect balance, elbow in, wrist firm, beautiful follow through, head and shoulders still. Excellent technique -- you should put more of these type segments only to counter that idiot who does expertvillage....oh, btw to the person who recommended watching Power, it's like recommending someone copy White, only Power can do Power and White White -- bionic wrists both!

i disagree.
you get faster racket swing speed and more control.
if all the pros hold have their grip around half way up the grip, i think that's the right way to do it.
