guys where can I download the software to make the padkontrol do this? I tried the monomulator site but the link is dead and all other links I've found lead to the same dead link :(. Someone please hook a brother up..
how come most of this monomic music really sounds like dog poo? No offense, really- I dig the work with the controllers, but if you close your eyes, you just want to stop the music instantly! I wonder if there's a way to MUSICALLY use this stuff.
Try googling korg padkontrol sysex. When you switch the padKontrol into native mode, you get control over the individual lights and buttons. But you need a program that can deal with sysex messages.
This looks wonderful and I'm very interested in what you did. Do you have a forum post or something documenting how you did this? Will you be sharing?

@peccoz : How about develop a ear for music and check out what some of the best producers in the electronic industry are using very similar to this
