@j2kk oh I see! my mom used to have a dog named dat wen she was little and back in korea :) ...he ate rat poison and died... :'( and my family tried to call my hamster ham-soo-nie but I kept calling her Sandy, so she eventually only reacted to Sandy x]

Now I have white dwarf hamster.

Mine is always mild. She doesn't bite me at all.

Why don't u give her food and water with your hand for a one or two weeks.

Then she might will be attagirl style ......^^;;

@j2kk well i had the hamster for almost 2 years now i'm pretty sure it's just her character, she never got used to being picked up, but she lets me for ashort while cause she knows that later i'll give her sunflower seeds.

@Silverlegendstudios Yeah~ They really like sunflower seeds. and also peanuts, almond seeds. Also I've been told their lifetime is almost 3 ~ 4 years.

@j2kk yea i know they are very short lived (which is always sad...), that's why i plan to enjoy every moment of my lil pet XD I also give my hamtser veggies like carrots, even tried giving it a piece of melon, it loves melon lol just like it's owner, i rarely let it eat it thought i'm not quite sure if it's good for her. But i've seen ppl give potato chips and junk to their pets so i can say mine has a healthy diet XD

The junk food with high sugar or salt is bad for little hamsters. so i give the vegetables to hammy sometimes like you.
