  • @SiculianuPazzu - Yea I don't know REAL italian food but my taste buds could give 2 shits whether a dish is american or authentic. Dude you're talking to a fat ass, my taste buds don't care about authenticity haha..

  • @SiculianuPazzu - might look like shit but I'm sure it tastes better than it ^_^

  • [iminent=OelWQNFIjR3]

  • Thanks! Good video. Very thorough.

  • Is it better to use the milk or heavy cream?

  • THIS VIDEO MADE ME HUNGRY. I LOVE MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS,

  • yummy pasta

  • I thank you man ! Great job and very easy instructions.

  • No Flour?

  • is it possible to add the cheese to the sauce, instead of adding slowly and wait for it to melt....

  • FUCK im hungry now.

  • i tried out the pasta and it turned out to be really really good! you made the recipe was easy to follow too.

  • Really looks good!!

  • wow, sooo yummy can't wait to try this weekend. thanks

  • can we use monzerella cheese

  • @lady88569 live life on the edge.... put that 'monzerella' in it, I dare you.

  • @alderaforall i did

  • @lady88569 I might get ppl telling me don't do it, but you can. Parmesan cheese dissolves better in the sauce and it tastes a little better though.

  • @lady88569

No of course you DO NOT use mozzarella in Alfredo sauce. What the fuck are you trying to do? If you want to make it with mozzarella then it is not Alfredo you are trying to make. This would be a cardinal sin in Italy.

  • @DubyaB731 i never asked u so don't get pissed of at me.

  • Do Yuh Have To Put Green onions and Mushroooms? :O

  • @LeChEfly You can put whatever you want and take out what you don't like.

  • @haloumicheese lol thanks :)

  • @haloumicheese uhmmm, they're supposed to be clean...-__-

  • oh yummy

  • yuuuuuuuuuum!! i LOVE Fettucini Alfredo. I'm proud to be an Italian :) love my macaroni :) (no, we don't call it pasta) :P

  • @xEllex10 If you speak English you should call it pasta, though, as pasta refers to any product made from an unleavened dough mixture.

  • damm this looks so good im just too lazy to make it hahhaha

  • i'm hungry. my mom doesn't feed me.

  • so much work! I'm just gonna go to east side marios

  • you like washing dishes? come on over to my house... lol.

  • thank you, really delicious

  • Thank God I get my unemployment check this week, I am gonna have to try this recipe on Thursday

  • @happyaunt10 Thank you for the tip.

  • gah, only diet recipes on youtube. Guess 'cause there are so many americans here. I need unhealthy deliciousness

  • ill eat it

  • wow this is delicious i have never seen mushrooms or onions in alfredo before though

  • Tenderloins work best .. 3 tbs butter

  • looks good but a few pointers b/c i think will make u a better cook:

1- never cook your veggies then throw raw chicken in there! cross contamination alert! cook them separate then throw them together when making the sauce.

2- don't rinse/ "wash" the pasta as you said. the starch that remains on the pasta surface after draining it will allow for the sauce to stick better to pasta. and u can even use some of the starchy pasta water in the sauce to produce a thicker sauce.

  • im gonna try i bought the sauce but i like this better thank u hun

  • were making chiken aldfredo no lol

  • huhuhu i tried this one but my alfredo sauce curdled!!!

  • looks yummy. :D

  • does it matter whether you cook the first then the veg ?

  • LoL $15.00 a plate.....funny haha

  • it looks very delicious... i hope to see more recipes

  • Very nice! I did it! So delicious, thanks so much for this wonderful video. U sound so so so sweet!

  • made this today i added the shrimp delicious

  • thank you for sharing!

  • I am surely try this

  • I mate this dish according to ur directions. turned out delicious and great, Thanks so much for putting this video up. Very easy to make and quick too

  • nice

  • Does anybody knows how many calories that delicious meal has? Thanks.

  • thanks for the recipe I'm going to make this today!

  • Would this recipe work with shrimps instead of chicken?????

  • @brendasgx Absolutely, I've tried it with shrimp before too. I would suggest sauteing it separately in another pan with a lil bit of garlic and butter then adding it at the end when everything is cooked.

  • i wish i liked to wash dishes lol

  • This is like porn for fat people. Lqtm.

This isn't high in fat anyways.

I think the problem might be that I'd eat the whole thing.

  • hey starving cook... yeah you made me starve with your recipe.. thank you, and never mind those haters.. they just don't know how to cook...they're pigs who only know how to eat.. lol. your voice is so sweet. would wanna imagine your face.. haha! well done buddy! do u have any other vids to share? :)

  • @thenameisjackie Thanks :) I'm working on making new videos soon.

  • First of all you should cook chicken then the veg. Second you should put pasta into the sauce and not sauce into the pasta. It sounds stupid but that's the italian way.

  • @Nitelife30 That doesn't sound stupid. It is the way.

  • @FireStormBaller You're right! For me it's stupid to cook pasta like this... Forget this recipe, don't try this at home, and come to Italy to eat some good pasta!

  • @Nitelife30 fettucini alfredo is NoT with chicken or vegetable

fettucini alfredo is butter and cheese NOt cream

i dont know what part of italy your from but this is the real way(i think your lying)

Italiani veri conoscere la loro cucina

  • @Nitelife30 stop talking about the "italian way", nobody does that in italy like we say "manco i cani si mangiano sta roba" which means that not even the dogs would eat such a thing !!

  • I love Alfredo, if I had a bottle of it I would drink it all day..

  • wish my husband was into cooking like this. lol. a friend on youtube username: familyofthreenow used evaporated milk and kraft parmesan cheese. hers was good but TOOOO thick despite using a portion of the ingredients with more pasta...i wil have to try yours.

  • @paprichaat5 Save some water from the pasta cooking and used to thin your sauce

  • COOL! This video will be

    very helpful.. I'm making

this for my parents and their

    friends of Friday! :)

  • hey u have the same microwave i have lols .... good vid btw

  • Great video, thanks.

  • I hate chicken. I'll have to substitue them with beef, i guess

  • verry good stuff made it a few times now and i love it! i use heavy cream instead (just cause i had it) and i don't even think about going out for this dish anymore. thanks for this awsome recipe!

  • Oh thank you. Yes, I just used 2% milk for my friends watching their calories. I use whole milk or heavy cream too :) Glad you liked it.

  • Great recipe! I made it and it's soo yummy! Thank you!

  • omg

    im having this tonight ^_^

  • thnx alot to 4 da recipe... i just cooked n it was really tasty .. yammy !! thnx agn!

  • excellent video and well explained!...thank you!

  • i don't drink milk. Is there anything else I could use instead?

  • You can use heavy cream instead of the milk.

  • @bakanbi : soy milk lol

  • HELL YEA!! im eating this right now and its amazing!! Thanks a bunch bro!!

BTW if anybody is wondering, i used regular milk since i didnt have 2% and it worked out just fine for me.

  • Cool thanks. Yea regular milk or heavy cream works just fine :)

  • that looked good just forget those nasty mushrooms

  • Mmmmm looks sooo tasty! I want to make that I think!

  • I think that the comments that people have been posting which are negative is ridiculous. I never claimed to be a chef or even be close to it. I just wanted to made a low calorie version of Fettucine Alfredo. I don't care if you ppl think its not Italian, what ever get over it. It tasted great and in the end that's what matters in my opinion. Add and change the recipe to your liking.

  • He is right, it's a cooking video! It doesn't matter where it came from or anything else. It is good and good for you so just try to make it and see what you think.

    P.S. Keep making awesome videos!

  • Thank you so much :)

  • Yup, keep making good videos and good food!

  • well let me tell you the story of fettuccine alfredo...

it was invented in an italian restaurant in rome.. called alfredo alla scrofa.

it became very famous in the states and the arab countries.. and many varietions were added such as this one.... fettucie alfredo the real one.. its made exclusevly with butter, pasta water and a bunch of parmigiano chease.. and some ground pepper....

  • Well, you can substitute cream for the water.

  • To the people saying "This is not an Italian dish": Of course it's not. Fettuccine Alfredo was invented in the US. The "Alfredo" part of the name comes from an Italian American chef named Alfredo who invented it one day on a whim in his New York restaurant. So yes, of course this isn't eaten in Italy, considering it's hardly Italian to begin with haha. Fettucine Alfredo and "authentic Italian cooking" are hardly related, just as Spaghetti and Meat Balls is not authentically Italian either...

  • your cooking techniques are...well could be better.

when you cook pasta make sure the water is boiling. not warm or barely to the point of boiling. when i say boiling i mean as in rapid water boiling. don't forget to add salt to the boiling water! very important.

i've never seen a alfredo recipe w/ green onions, but hey whatever suits ur taste. a basic alfredo is essentially cream, garlic and s/p. thats it. theres diff. variations of course white wine, parm, etc.

  • Made it last night, only added some broccoli, turned out soooo yummy!!

  • Thanks for the recipe!

  • I don't know what this thing is and if it's alive but surely this is not italian cooking.

    Gao.

  • i agree with him (we're both italian).

this is ABSOLUTELY NOT what we eat in italy. that thing is almost radioactive. jeez, do they give you an antidote with that? :D

  • can you guys provide the public with some real Italian recipes? thx

  • Racist bastards.

  • racist? for what?

  • Awesome video!! can't wait to try out this favorite dish of mine... thanks dude!

  • my favorite dish in the world

  • I'd probably eat the whole thing cuz I'm so hungry right now

  • lol you caught those jokes..you're good!

  • Why do I watch your videos when I'm hungry? Where's my meal?

  • Someone needs to make you some dinner :)

  • I LOOOOOVE Chicken fettuccine. I want to try this recipe, however I'm worried about the onions. I don't like an onion taste in my food. Can I use less or did you even really taste the onions after you cooked them?

  • I didn't really taste the onion, honestly. Green onions are pretty light on that flavor. I think you can get away with taking them out or using very little (just the green parts).

Originally the recipe had shallots, which are the same thing lol. Try them without it :)

  • that looks excellent

  • Thanks, it was my first time making it. It was pretty good.
