somehow, Samir Bannout look extremely good in 1983. He never repeat the same figure which is a shame. His lats muscle which form a 'christmas tree' is a thing of beauty

He has a fullness to his muscles which is appealing, i found later on he got to lean which i felt didn't suit him. But then again bodybuilding evolves and changes, The muscles bellies of today puts me off. I prefer the old skool.

Yeah they used steroids, at a professional level you have to take something. But these guys didnt use that much compared to what the pros use today. But you cant take away the hard work, effort, dieting and genetics away from these guys. The live for it 24 hours a day all year round.
