  • Awesome! You are motivating me. Thanks for sharing your challenge. I am getting back in the groove myself and have gone to two classes this week. I was wondering, how did your body change after 30 days? How did your eating change, if at all?

  • @SwimStretchRepeat Hey I'm sorry to get back to you soooo late!! I changed my channel over to "missfitbliss" so I rarely check this one.

    I'd been practicing Bikram Yoga for a year and a half before I finally did a 30 day challenge, so my body already changed from the practice. Just leaner and more muscular. I was a tiny bit underweight so my body didn't respond by dropping more pounds. I just gained nice long muscles! Your eating def changes! If you eat to heavy you'll feel it in class!

  • Fabulous.. Im on day 14 class 15 ( did a double class last week).. cant wait to see what tomorrow brings.. loving it..
