Christians are so disrespectful. Jesus is not good for everyone, and for them to say that chanting to Ifa is chanting to demons is the ultimate disrespect. They always say that Jesus will save you, but Jesus could not save himself as evident of his death on the cross. They killed Jesus. So, if he could not save himself, why should I have faith in him?

orisala: Yoruba land is never destroyed, they tried tho, that's why we still practise today. The arabs came with forceful religion. The christian in other way seduced by deceits and brainwash the weak kings (mind u yoruba is not the only tribe in Africa nor in nigeria)Our hospitality was taken for granted. If Yorubas were not strong we would have lost our dialects, cultures and identity as they did Northern part of Africa.

I can't be precise about the percentage (tho few ) due to foreign religions brainwashing of our people to desist from their ancestral heritage, the worst mindset of hating ur own as evil but to value and adopt theirs. Do you know they study Ifalogy? There is even Ifa church somewhere in Ebute Metta Lagos.

What answer do you need? You go on youtube you see Ifa priests and apprentices. You goggle it to know. It's practised in Nigeria all over yoruba states and Benin even I heard the Benue do too. I've nt done the census to know the percentage but quite a lot considering that some christians and muslims too do honor Ifa (tho not as religion but cultural beliefs)
