After learning about a 1936 government study that showed that the soil back then was 95% depleted of minerals, I did an experiment adding a couple of crushed multi mineral supplements to my strawberries. I had really good results, but I wasn't aware of the whole other aspect of soil remineralization.
is azomite safe to use in soil that has microorganism like mycorrhizal fungi and Bacillus bacteria? I heard chlorine is not good for microorganism and in the mineral analysis it says Azomite has 0.22%chlorine.
@jenn1ifer Use it. Azomite won't hurt the herd. Use 5ml azomite per gallon of substrate. Chlorine is naturally occurring trace. You have nothing to worry about.
