That's not about knowledge. It's about perceiving reality in things and about abolity to piece things together. And, of course, you must know people. That can be managed: A) by years of practice in dealing with people or B) with empathy. Not with the normal, UNTRAINED kind of empathy, but with the "PSI" kind of empathy. Like if you could feel other people's emotions. Some people are born with it, some aren't.
