#1) I have never met a real American who hates the Iranian people. We are a country made of all cultures, races, and religions. To hate Iranians is to hate ourselves.

#2) America should not intervene. If we did intervene, it would give the Iranian government full license to destroy the protests killing far more people. Then, even if the protests succeeded, the rest of the world would see the US as standing up a pro-democracy government instead of the will of the Iranian people.
