@TheMsLinz .. it was just a normal size packet of biscuits which I believe is about 200 g. I used a standard size slice tin for this. It's maybe about 25 x 15 cm? Sorry, I'm not sure of the exact measurement.

@noshak ... it is to help the cheese cake set, as you don't bake it. There are vegetarian substitutes called Agar and Xanthan gum .. I hope this helps! :)
