I can understand that there will be resistance but why so negative ? If you hold the idea in your heart and let it grow at whatever pace it is meant to grow. Sensitivity is the key, coming from a place of peace and giving. This kind of thing cannot be imposed. People who think they have the solution can sometimes get pushy which breeds more resistance.

@claudelebel55 i was not being negative friend, i was merely sharing my humble opinion, unfortunately due to the nature of the world we currently live in it is unlikely that this program will grow to the extent that it should. regardless, i did not imply that it should be 'forced' at all, lol, maybe try not to be so judgmental of others ppl's thoughts : )

Excellent video - this really sums up what the David Lynch Foundation is about. I wish I had Transcendental Meditation at my school because there were so many fights!

@Phillmacrackin123 Phillmacrackin123 yes, I agree with you, the difference in good and bad days is in the way they are perceived. Transcendental Meditation is taught simply as a mental technique that helps relieve people of fatigue and stress so it is easier to perceive things more clearly, and not be weighed down by the pressures of daily life. No specific lifestyle is forced upon people who learn TM. People are free to do exactly as they please. Just, hopefully, a little happier.
