@dabody666 I never said "THE UFC IS A SPORT". Second, UFC isn't a sport, it's an MMA promotion. And yes they do share technical mechanics, fighters still learn how to throw a punch the way you're taught to throw a punch in boxing. But where they differ is in their application, throwing a jab to the body, changing levels like you would in boxing to setup punches doesn't work when theirs knees, elbows, kicks, and grappling involved. No need to hate, both are amazing combat sports to watch.
