The yellow car driver didn't care about the catastrophe he was part of and thought I might as well go on and finish the race. Great choice there was nothing he could do. ??? He was considering his morale and sense of self importance.

In his defance i am sure he didnt see much of the crash due to dust. the camera sees clearly but probably not the driver. Besides, the drivers have sponsers, they have to meet certain expectations so they cant go and stopping at every crash, specially when he probably didnt even see the crash.

it's a race. accidents happen. You can't stop at every accident, it's a risk you take when you enter a race. And it wasn't his fault., he tried to avoid the white car. And even if he would of stopped. Until he stops, until he gets out of his car (it's not like getting out of your day by day car) an get tot the other care.. and? what could he do? he would of watched the paramedics get him out.
