@Jairyoku not with hacked pokemon they will appear as bad eggs and wont be able to battle with them but there was a code to let the pokemon stay in diffrent forms like shaymin in sky form and giratina in orgin form those worked

in pokemon blue sea, after you beat the league you go back to the lab then the game glitches out out and then its like when you started the game, you get the last pokemon that is left then battle your rival again except he only has missingo, and the last pokemon you just picked gets sent to the pc and you still have your original team, its a weird wtf kind of game
