I think 3 - 4 seconds delay is not normal,then you can think all you want but under my view point he is not playing...at first seconds of the video is it well sync with sound of the steps and siting in the chair and after no?...why?...*Wonders*

The steps sound in sync because it records the previous footsteps he took before he went into view.The video is one second delay, i notice it by the notes the person is playing(i know this song too). The notes he presses at first has no sound , probably the person didnt give enough pressure to make a sound. So, the second time the person repeats it.All this no pressure stuff is what gives the illusion of the 3 or 4 second delay.

So...the chair and chair sound look in sync because its obvious.
