@KALEIDOSCOPEN Thanks for comment! I posted my Venice pictures for others who are planning a trip to Venice. The Foscari Palace is an excellent choice for a hotel in Venice. Planning and looking forward to a trip is half the enjoyment of travel I think.

@cjcogswell I went to Rome, Florence, and Venice in July, 2005. I will make videos of these other cities soon.

Making this slideshow gave me something to do during the Chrsitmas holiday while the turkey was cooking.

Venice is a spectacular place that does not even seem possible or real. Venice redefines the definition of the word awesome! The trip to Italy was unforgettable. I enjoyed planing the trip and it went smoothly except for a few confrontations with gypsies :)
