Because of the perspective, the long side of the left table seems to be even longer, whereas the short side of the right table seems to be longer due to perspective. The difference between the width and length of the left table is therefore relatively bigger, between the width and the length of the right table relatively smaller. That's why the tables don't look like each other at all.

It's a re-creation of Roger Shepard's 'Turning the Tables' illusion. I wanted to make this version so that the proof was 100% clear and that proof cutout works well I guess. It's ok. Haters are a part of being a YouTuber. There is a difference between haters and people that just don't think enough into things (it's not really their fault). With this illusion, it's just naive to say that it's fake. Some people don't think of the fact that there is a camera angle involved in the perspective of it. When you see it from directly above, the effect is very strong too. When I see "fake", I know the illusion is good. Thanks!
