from my experience - it's not a problem of oily beans nor hopper angle. I had this issue only with larger beans (oily). Now I'm grinding coffe from different area, which has smaller (oily) beans.
Have had the oily beans stick to the hopper but thankfully it's infrequent. A little shake takes care of it. Thanks for all the videos, they're great!
