Wow, you're a visionary. Look at wall street demonstrations recently Santellii is an ass. He was just anti Obama. Toxic asset is still a problem and wall street was bailed out but not people who tried their best to pay their mortgage.
We should feel sorry for people because it took them losing their homes to realize that they should buy what they can afford? Sure, the whole system is flawed and the 'game' is rigged, but I was raised to stay within my means so as to avoid being screwed. Nobody cares that my college debt cannot be refinanced, even by declaring bankruptcy, so I say let them eat cake. Their children will know the evils of credit and learn from the massive lapse in judgment of their parents.
Since when did anti-populism become a derogatory position? The more people that agree with you the more likely you are wrong for there is no greater determinate for falsehood then how comfortable an idea is.
This guy look like an idiot now. He says that Santelli doesn't represent "real america" after his rant about more bailouts...this time for homeowners. This guy doesn't get it...Santelli is the life-blood of REAL AMERICA! He was against the bank bailouts...and for any bailouts at all...that's the real american idea. Success and failure...it's all part of capilistism. Being a real american isn't based on your financial standing...it's based on what originally made this country great.
Sorry Somersetdc your wrong again. Santelli has been on CNBC for over a decade. He reports the financial markets based on undisputable numbers. Politics meet the market and Santelli reports on it. I think the administration thinks they can lie and no one will know. Santelli called out Geithner 6-3-09 about how he lied about monetizing the debt. Santelli was also right about the housing plan, it was really bad, Obama changed it the next week. Faux populist. no way, Great reporter, Great American!
Very good video. I reached the same conclusionin February when frist I heard Santellis rant--Santelli is a faux populist whipping up hysteria among the ever-shrinking middle class in an effort to serve conservative/corporate America's ideals.
Basically those ideals are: subsidies, tax-breaks and government support for the financial industry, large multi-national corporations and the millitary industrial complex. However, individuals deserve/recieve no govt. support in a "free market" economy
@somersetdc Then show me where you see Santelli "serves" corporate ideals. You obviously don't watch CNBC as you'ill realize that Santelli is one of the few on there that speak the truth about our corrupt GOV and their horrible policies. He was against the bailouts. He's against monetezation of our debt to keep this phony economy going. If you want your dollar debased, then support this administration.
So, don't be a typical liberal tool. Get your facts straight before you spout your BS.
You are just like everyone else, this dude in this poorly done video, the bill o'reilly's, the keith olberman's, all them gals. You believe that everyone else is stupid, and inferior to your "knowledge" but really all you do is spew what everyone else tells you and make it sound like your own. Your just another idiot who has made piss poor decisions and blames bush for them. It isn't bush's fault your stand up comedy routine sucks, that is you, which is why you probably have no money.
OMFG BRACE YOURSELF AGAIN!!! O SHIT FUCKKKKK THIS IS A TRAIN THAT IS A COMINGGG CHOOO CHOOO!!!
Obama and the democrats also are not spending money on things that would significantly stimulate an economy. Education is a good thing, but it wont take us out of our mortage crisis or decrease debt
Increasing dollar production to pay for these programs will also create something called "inflation", so the value of the dollar will go down. So really Obama is executing a democrats wishlist.
I just love it when people talk about how it wasn't the spending of the New Deal that got us out of the Great Depression, it was World War 2... It's a laugh because they never think about how WW2 created so many jobs... Oh wait it was the massive govt. spending... Who do you think bought all the supplies to fight the war, It was the GOVERNMENT!!!!! So you can't say govt. spending doesn't work, but WW2 did... They are one in the same, massive govt. spending.
For the record, I'm not against "the rich." I simply believe that people who earn money should get to keep it. If you earn a lot, you should get to keep a lot. The government, which has the power to levy taxes, should not be able to take the little that I earn & give it away to someone else--rich or poor. In the past, that was the role of the family, or private charitable foundations. Your family used to be your safety net. We've replaced that w/ gov't & I believe it's to our detriment.
Space will not permit me to respond in detail to the absurd notion that the government can solve all of your problems by bailing out failing businesses and bankrupt home owners.
Listen, I am part of the masses who are being steam rolled by this economy, but it is precisely BECAUSE of government intervention that we are in this situation and the government is only going to make things worse by printing money, increasing debt, and bailing out failing businesses.
What wouel really help is if you were at all familiar with history. LIke the history from the 20's, 30's and 40's.
It was the lack of government regulation in both instances, the 20's and today, that led to both melt down's. Let me guess you wanted us to put our social security in the same stqck market that just super crashed. The country has stopped listening to those kind of stupid ideas.
Actually, I would like to get the use of my own money to do with as I please. At the very least, I could squander it on myself rather than have the federal government give it to some Wall St banker. BTW, you know there was life before social security in this country. Why people trust "the government" to take care of all their economic needs is beyond my comprehension. Is everyone THAT stupid?
I know it sucks to pay taxes, nobody likes it and I would like to pay less for sure. But there was a life before social security, have you ever read about it? Because you seem to be ignorant of history.
There was also a life for senior citizens before medicare too, maybe you should read up on life for seniors before medicare.
You can have an myopic and backward view of how to run a society, ( for profit health care, no social safety nets for workers, no middle class) but the facts about social security and medicare are success.
I know to you a society actually taking care of itself is a failure, but to the rest of us it is good, responsible public policy.
Stimulus historically has not worked, bailing out these banks that made poor decisions does promote bad behavior, and why should my tax money pay for those who cannot afford loans. I am a full time student who is making a little over minimum wage, paying off student, loans, car payments and insurance, with the way things are going i should stop paying everything so the government will do it for me.
I agree, Stimulus historically has not worked to stimulate an economy(except if you read the history of the great depression, which you obviously have not)
Actually i have, and the New Deal imposed by FDR might have prolonged the great depression. World War 2 is what got this country out of the great depression, it created jobs and revenue, something the new deal could not do enough of.
well that's how it fixed it, it created jobs, people were able to make money, manufacturing increased, technology grew, it catapulted us into the supreme manufacturing nation in the world, so yea, the war created jobs lol.
Yes genius, don't tell me what happened, but how. How did the war create jobs, how did manufacturing increase?
I will answere this question for you because you obvioulsy don't know.
All those jobs got created by GOVERNMENT SPENDING. The government "created" those jobs when they gave money to the factories and the companies to build things.
Yes the government gave money to private industry to make things, and this stimulated the economy enough to end the depression.
During WW2 the things the government paid to have built were bombs and tanks and tires and everything you need to run a war. now the things the government stimulus is being spent on are things like roads and bridges and schools and volcano monitoring, you know all kinds of stuff to stimulate the economy.
So yes, during WW2 the government gave money to private industry to build things and this stimulated the economy.
Kind of like what FDR was doing with the NEW DEAL, and kind a like what OBAMA is doing with his stimulus bill, but WW2 was spending on a much larger scale.
You could find all this out by reading a history book, but you seem to like you'd rather repeat slogans and catch phrases that you don't understand than actually get informed.
I did, you just explained to me why it was the spending in WW2 and not the spending from the New Deal that got us out of the depression, so thank you for proving me right.
you started this thread by saying "Historically Stimulus does not work" and then you went on to make the point that stimulus ( in the form of war funding) does work.
So if WW2 created jobs through government spending then what is the difference between The New Deal government Spending and WW2 government Spending?
Take your time with this one, you have already exposed yourself as a clueless knucklehead who doesn't even understand his own argument,
We all noticed when you contradicted your main thesis that "Stimulus Spending does not work", how many more times are you going to completely contradict yourself? Do you ever get tired of being ignorant? We'll see
I never said government spending didnt get us out of the great depression, the govt. spending from ww2 did, not from the new deal. What about that haven't you understood yet?
So you are saying that government spending gets us out of a depression. Ok GOt it.
That is what a Stimulus is moron. It is government spending.
and I noticed how you wont answer the simplest of questions, how is war spending different from NEW DEAL spending? And how is war spending different from The Current Stimulus.
I know you are going to say something stupid again, so I am bracing for it.
why do you care so deeply about my stimulus comment lol, seriously dude do you just go around trying to pick fights on youtube while your mom cleans your room?
I find it funny that you seemed to care a lot about this topic too, that is until you got your clock cleaned, then you changed the subject to "why do you care".
Funny, only after you get your ears boxed in, and then expose yourself for being a mental lightweight , you then cry like a bitch and try to change the subject,.
So to recap: you are not only dumb, but and a coward too. Bravo.
Ok number 1. The current economic stimulus package will not work because the current spending package is being performed under less than ideal circumstances, like....ughhh idk...the trillions of dollars in debt we are in, That ring a bell? creating temporary jobs will not fix the economy in the long, infrasturcture jobs like building roads and bridges will only be a temp fix to a much larger problem.
I am still waiting for the you to respond to the real topic here instead of being a coward and changing the subject, again.
Try again:
So you are saying that government spending gets us out of a depression. Ok GOt it.
That is what a Stimulus is moron. It is government spending.
and I noticed how you wont answer the simplest of questions, how is war spending different from NEW DEAL spending? And how is war spending different from The Current Stimulus.
Bailing out bank companies that made poor business decisions only promotes bad behavior, we live in a capitalist free market system which will enable smaller banks to buy the assets, and grow which would create more jobs in the end right?
world War 2 did create jobs by the way that would last longer, the military machine in itself created careers for millions of americans,
o there is more...SO BRACE YOURSELF I DONT KNOW IF YOU READY, GRAB YOUR PANTIES AND HOLD ON!!!!
with the new technologies and the cold war occuring simultaneously with WW2, that also created more military jobs, manufacturing expansion, and higher demand. The NEw Deal never accomplished any of that, it was a band aid on a much bigger problem. It takes more then spending to fix the economy, it takes a change in the way things are done, something WW2 did. Obama is just spending cash on shit
Nice try dickweed. Obama Did you just really say that WW2 and the cold war happended simultaneously, did you really just say that?
Jimmy, I know you are only 21, but you don't have to be soo fucking retarded. I was 21 once to , but I knew when I contradicted myself , and I also knew when ww2 was and when the cold war was. You really don't, christ you could just go to wikipedia if you hate so books so much.
yea it did happen simultaneously, atomic bomb, fights with Stalin over plans for western front and the soviet involvement in the pacific ( invasion of Korea ), the seeds were being planted for the cold war which went into full gear immediately after the end of the european theater. The competition between the west and east for superior military technology got into full swing during World War 2. So yea, the cold war and World war 2 began simultaneously.
Don't have much time to type righ now, so let me just point out the thing that is most funny right now:
Two days ago you wrote this:
"why do you care so deeply about my stimulus comment lol, seriously dude do you just go around trying to pick fights on youtube while your mom cleans your room?"
My , my, my, look who still gives a shit!!!
Its Jimmy "I totally give a shit about this which is why I am still arguing here two days after my lame attempt to insult you for being here too" Devils
Still transparent Jimmy, but at least now you know that you actually do support the fiscal policy of massive government spending to get us out of a depression.
And stimulus spending can be a road or a school, or a bridge, or anything, during WW2 it was a lot of bombs, but remember, whatever we decide to build doesn't have to blow up to stimulate the economy.
You havent listened to what I said, I never said bombs build jobs, what I am saying is that WW2 eventually created more economic opportunity then the new deal, the new deal did not bring us out of the depression, WW2 did because of the innovation that occured. That innovation had to do with so many ascpects other than giving people money. Bailing out banks and investing in the pork in the stimulus bill we have will not take us out of the bad economic climate.
NOw as for us wasting our time here, welll you are wrong there too. See, it helps me write funny jokes by engaging and schooling misinformed people like you. SOme of my biggest lauigh lines come out of sparring like this with people like you. So for me it is kind of invaluable.
And it is time well spent for you too. You got to learn a little bit more about economics and what Stimulus is and how WW2 spending is actually stimulus spending, and lots of stuff like that.
Hey Look who all of a sudden give a shit about this thread!!!!! What happened Jimmy? I thought you were over this stimulus thread already??? What happened???????
YOu are so fucking transparent it is hilarious. ANd that is coming form a guy that has his own special re airing this monday at 12 pm on comedy central.
YOu can watch it on your lunch break or something. What is it that you do again? I mean besides getting schooled and publicly humiliated on youtube? I bet it is amazing.
I am about as transparent as the Obama Administration, all of YOur political jokes are just recycled one's already done by Jon Stewart or bill maher so jesus christ find some new material
On the whole "public humiliation" how many people do you think honestly care about us bitching at each other? Really, we both look like fags, seriously, we are debating on youtube, so this is it, good luck with the political satire or whatever you do jim because we are both wasting our time.
As for expert opinion on my comedy let me share this with you: "iTunes Best of Comedy 2008 Robert Kelly, Just the Tip Steve Byrne, Happy Hour Gabriel Iglesias, Hot and Fluffy Josh Sneed, Unacceptable Lisa Landry, Put Your Keys in the Keybowl Pablo Francisco, Ouch! (Live from San Jose) Jimmy Dore, Citizen Jimmy Dov Davidoff, The Point Is Bill Burr, Why Do I Do This? Jeffrey Ross: No Offense, Live from New Jersey Do you ever get tired of being completely wrong ?
NOw as for us wasting our time here, welll you are wrong there too. See, it helps me write funny jokes by engaging and schooling misinformed people like you. SOme of my biggest lauigh lines come out of sparring like this with people like you. So for me it is kind of invaluable.
And it is time well spent for you too. You got to learn a little bit more about economics and what Stimulus is and how WW2 spending is actually stimulus spending, and lots of stuff like that.
lol, if that's how you wanna look at it go right ahead, but comedians who are actually good can get material from anywhere, not youtube. I'm sure that is how chappelle and jim breuer got going, they tried to out think someone half their age.
Jimmy, how would you know how anybody "got going"?
another thing you don't know is that you actually have to do something and accomplish something to have that kind of insight. All you have accomplished is being in the top ten misinformed morons that cry like a bitch when they get their ass handed to them.
And When I was your age, 21, I considered myself a full grown adult and not a child anymore, I didn't use it as an excuse to be dumb an un-informed.
At what age are you planning on taking responsibility for your ideas and stop crying about being a little kid? At what age?
Or do you still have to grow up a few years before you will know the answer? Ask your mom , tell here that there is grown up being mean to you on Youtube. .
lol, out of that list which name is over rated and doesnt belong with the rest, is it the fat spanish guy, nah he is funny, the bald guy bill burr who was on chappelle show? Nah, he is fuckin hilarious, jeffrey ross, he does the whole "Roast" thing pretty well, Jimmy Dore, well he just recycles redundant jokes that were already done by jon stewert and bill maher. So i think I am going to go with Jimmy Dore
Ha ha, I love you! Hey Jimmy Devils, let me know when they put you in the top ten of anything and then let me know how it feels, ok? (I mean top ten of something besides "top ten guys who never achieved anything of note")
Dear Diary: My comedy CD was chosen BESTOF2008 by iTunes, but some retard in New JErsey doesn't think I am funnny. You know the guy that is wrong about everything and has no life....yeah that guy.
have you ever seen the statistical graphs of revenue, the stock market, and job creation during world war 2? It isn't by coincidence that everything sky rocketed when the war started. The best thing the New Deal did was maybe prevent the market from crashing further, but it didn't save us or bring us out of it.
Santelli is right. We are just beginning to taste the bitter fruit of socialism in America. The people will soon stop it in its tracks:Watch and learn:YOUTUBE VIDEO-MILTON FRIEDMAN-GREED.
The only hard part about being rich is deciding where to move all the money, because it sure aint staying in this country. The last thing America needs to do is vilify the only people capable of pulling them out of this mess. I guess you think the best option is to make a hostile environment for the best and brightest, essentially forcing them to move their assets abroad to a more tax friendly country. Believe me we're leaving in droves,we don't have to listen to your peon bullshit Enjoy tyranny
Tea is refering to the Boston Tea Party protest against taxation without representation.
But since Santelli was making his rant at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he was talking about having his own version of the Boston Tea Party but in Chicago.
The quote, as attributed to Antoinette, was claimed to have been uttered during one of the famines that occured in France during the reign of her and her husband, Louis XVI. Upon being alerted that her people were suffering due to widespread bread shortages, she is said to have replied, "Then let them eat cake." This type of callousness on the part of the monarchy is often referred to when studying the possible factors that may have led to the French Revolution.
So you want someone to come give you some food? Want us to feed it to you too? Wipe your ass and tuck you into a free bed in a free home? Fill your free car up with free fuel so you can go to the store and pick up free forties and Kools?
Nice video Gil. However you are missing and twisting Santelli's point. He said, the bill did NOT clarify WHICH homeowners this bill is helping. He doesn't want to support those who FLIPPED MULTIPLE homes, and whom took out an IRRESPONSIBLE mortgage. THAT is the problem. If you listened to his entire rant, you would have also heard the portion in which he wants to HELP those who are working hard, and who have been duped by this crisis. This has been taken way out of context.
A small percentage of home owners lied on their mortgage applications about how much they made, and "real America" made up of people who were paying their mortgages, or who didn't even need mortgages have to pay for that.
Wow, you're a visionary. Look at wall street demonstrations recently Santellii is an ass. He was just anti Obama. Toxic asset is still a problem and wall street was bailed out but not people who tried their best to pay their mortgage.

We all noticed when you contradicted your main thesis that "Stimulus Spending does not work", how many more times are you going to completely contradict yourself? Do you ever get tired of being ignorant? We'll see
jimmydore 2 years ago
I never said government spending didnt get us out of the great depression, the govt. spending from ww2 did, not from the new deal. What about that haven't you understood yet?
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
So you are saying that government spending gets us out of a depression. Ok GOt it.
That is what a Stimulus is moron. It is government spending.
and I noticed how you wont answer the simplest of questions, how is war spending different from NEW DEAL spending? And how is war spending different from The Current Stimulus.
I know you are going to say something stupid again, so I am bracing for it.
jimmydore 2 years ago
why do you care so deeply about my stimulus comment lol, seriously dude do you just go around trying to pick fights on youtube while your mom cleans your room?
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
I find it funny that you seemed to care a lot about this topic too, that is until you got your clock cleaned, then you changed the subject to "why do you care".
Funny, only after you get your ears boxed in, and then expose yourself for being a mental lightweight , you then cry like a bitch and try to change the subject,.
So to recap: you are not only dumb, but and a coward too. Bravo.
jimmydore 2 years ago
And If you can't take getting schooled and humiliated publicly then maybe you should stop engaging people on youtube that are way smarter than you.
jimmydore 2 years ago
Ok number 1. The current economic stimulus package will not work because the current spending package is being performed under less than ideal circumstances, like....ughhh idk...the trillions of dollars in debt we are in, That ring a bell? creating temporary jobs will not fix the economy in the long, infrasturcture jobs like building roads and bridges will only be a temp fix to a much larger problem.
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
and i know your going to act like a pompous liberal again, so i am bracing for it
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
I am still waiting for the you to respond to the real topic here instead of being a coward and changing the subject, again.
Try again:
So you are saying that government spending gets us out of a depression. Ok GOt it.
That is what a Stimulus is moron. It is government spending.
and I noticed how you wont answer the simplest of questions, how is war spending different from NEW DEAL spending? And how is war spending different from The Current Stimulus.

Second,
Bailing out bank companies that made poor business decisions only promotes bad behavior, we live in a capitalist free market system which will enable smaller banks to buy the assets, and grow which would create more jobs in the end right?
world War 2 did create jobs by the way that would last longer, the military machine in itself created careers for millions of americans,
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
o there is more...SO BRACE YOURSELF I DONT KNOW IF YOU READY, GRAB YOUR PANTIES AND HOLD ON!!!!
with the new technologies and the cold war occuring simultaneously with WW2, that also created more military jobs, manufacturing expansion, and higher demand. The NEw Deal never accomplished any of that, it was a band aid on a much bigger problem. It takes more then spending to fix the economy, it takes a change in the way things are done, something WW2 did. Obama is just spending cash on shit
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
Nice try dickweed. Obama Did you just really say that WW2 and the cold war happended simultaneously, did you really just say that?
Jimmy, I know you are only 21, but you don't have to be soo fucking retarded. I was 21 once to , but I knew when I contradicted myself , and I also knew when ww2 was and when the cold war was. You really don't, christ you could just go to wikipedia if you hate so books so much.
jimmydore 2 years ago
yea it did happen simultaneously, atomic bomb, fights with Stalin over plans for western front and the soviet involvement in the pacific ( invasion of Korea ), the seeds were being planted for the cold war which went into full gear immediately after the end of the european theater.

Its Jimmy "I totally give a shit about this which is why I am still arguing here two days after my lame attempt to insult you for being here too" Devils
jimmydore 2 years ago
Still transparent Jimmy, but at least now you know that you actually do support the fiscal policy of massive government spending to get us out of a depression.
And stimulus spending can be a road or a school, or a bridge, or anything, during WW2 it was a lot of bombs, but remember, whatever we decide to build doesn't have to blow up to stimulate the economy.
jimmydore 2 years ago
You havent listened to what I said, I never said bombs build jobs, what I am saying is that WW2 eventually created more economic opportunity then the new deal, the new deal did not bring us out of the depression, WW2 did because of the innovation that occured. That innovation had to do with so many ascpects other than giving people money. Bailing out banks and investing in the pork in the stimulus bill we have will not take us out of the bad economic climate.
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
So then if you dont care what so ever about my comments like you act why are still replying to them?
Did you think of that joke up all on your own or did jon stewert come up with it like all of your other ones?

NOw as for us wasting our time here, welll you are wrong there too. See, it helps me write funny jokes by engaging and schooling misinformed people like you. SOme of my biggest lauigh lines come out of sparring like this with people like you. So for me it is kind of invaluable.
And it is time well spent for you too. You got to learn a little bit more about economics and what Stimulus is and how WW2 spending is actually stimulus spending, and lots of stuff like that.
jimmydore 2 years ago
Hey Look who all of a sudden give a shit about this thread!!!!! What happened Jimmy? I thought you were over this stimulus thread already??? What happened???????
YOu are so fucking transparent it is hilarious. ANd that is coming form a guy that has his own special re airing this monday at 12 pm on comedy central.
YOu can watch it on your lunch break or something. What is it that you do again? I mean besides getting schooled and publicly humiliated on youtube? I bet it is amazing.
jimmydore 2 years ago
I am about as transparent as the Obama Administration, all of YOur political jokes are just recycled one's already done by Jon Stewart or bill maher so jesus christ find some new material
On the whole "public humiliation" how many people do you think honestly care about us bitching at each other? Really, we both look like fags, seriously, we are debating on youtube, so this is it, good luck with the political satire or whatever you do jim because we are both wasting our time.

lol, if that's how you wanna look at it go right ahead, but comedians who are actually good can get material from anywhere, not youtube. I'm sure that is how chappelle and jim breuer got going, they tried to out think someone half their age.
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
Jimmy, how would you know how anybody "got going"?
another thing you don't know is that you actually have to do something and accomplish something to have that kind of insight. All you have accomplished is being in the top ten misinformed morons that cry like a bitch when they get their ass handed to them.
jimmydore 2 years ago
I guess the appropriate question to ask you is: " how did you not get going?"
jimmydore 2 years ago
And When I was your age, 21, I considered myself a full grown adult and not a child anymore, I didn't use it as an excuse to be dumb an un-informed.
At what age are you planning on taking responsibility for your ideas and stop crying about being a little kid? At what age?
Or do you still have to grow up a few years before you will know the answer? Ask your mom , tell here that there is grown up being mean to you on Youtube. .
jimmydore 2 years ago
Seriously, you just took this from being fun for me, to me feeling bad for beating up on such a pathetic loser.
A 21 year old man that cries that he is just a kid. Holy shit Jimmy, I;m sorry I didn't know you were actually retarded.

lol, out of that list which name is over rated and doesnt belong with the rest, is it the fat spanish guy, nah he is funny, the bald guy bill burr who was on chappelle show? Nah, he is fuckin hilarious, jeffrey ross, he does the whole "Roast" thing pretty well, Jimmy Dore, well he just recycles redundant jokes that were already done by jon stewert and bill maher. So i think I am going to go with Jimmy Dore
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
Ha ha, I love you! Hey Jimmy Devils, let me know when they put you in the top ten of anything and then let me know how it feels, ok? (I mean top ten of something besides "top ten guys who never achieved anything of note")
Dear Diary: My comedy CD was chosen BESTOF2008 by iTunes, but some retard in New JErsey doesn't think I am funnny. You know the guy that is wrong about everything and has no life....yeah that guy.
jimmydore 2 years ago
I think the whole "Dear Diary" thing really supports my claim that you can't think up of anything on your own.
jimmynjdevils 2 years ago
have you ever seen the statistical graphs of revenue, the stock market, and job creation during world war 2?

Believe me we're leaving in droves,we don't have to listen to your peon bullshit Enjoy tyranny
jjrglobal 2 years ago
yes the strength of the country lies with the idle rich and not the workers. You are a genius.

There is no Chicago Tea..
Tea is refering to the Boston Tea Party protest against taxation without representation.
But since Santelli was making his rant at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he was talking about having his own version of the Boston Tea Party but in Chicago.

"Let them eat cake"

Somebody's gotta pay for all this SHIT!!!IDIOT
jjrglobal 2 years ago
Nice video Gil. However you are missing and twisting Santelli's point. He said, the bill did NOT clarify WHICH homeowners this bill is helping. He doesn't want to support those who FLIPPED MULTIPLE homes, and whom took out an IRRESPONSIBLE mortgage. THAT is the problem. If you listened to his entire rant, you would have also heard the portion in which he wants to HELP those who are working hard, and who have been duped by this crisis. This has been taken way out of context.
marketslave 2 years ago
It doesn´t matter how much you make, same rules applies to everybody.
Santelli is SPOT ON.
And yes, he represents the majority of what America thinks.
LawrenciumTradera 2 years ago
I so agree.
A small percentage of home owners lied on their mortgage applications about how much they made, and "real America" made up of people who were paying their mortgages, or who didn't even need mortgages have to pay for that.
