As a former player in Brazil i can guarantee it is NOT the correct way to kick the ball. There´s a lot of skills for each kind of kick. That kick is used with the ball on the air and not on the groud. I think americans have poor coaches and you focus too much on this theory bullshit. it is funny see how a soccer coach can be so ridiculous. Those children willnever learn soccer that way....but as they will never be porfessionals, just "learn" how to kick theball for fun.that´s fine

what i do is get a football and put this video on my computer and copy the foot positions and then i go to the nearsest pitch or stretch of grass and practice properly by kick it hard and i found that by leaning back the ball whent highter and that could be good for long distance shooting

Dude I was like shooting with my toe from like 4 years old till like 11, tbh I became preety good at it, but then I started kicking with my shoe laces ( Idk how its spelled lol ) And I became like 2-3 times better in no time.
