Impressive exhibition. Decline is considerably easier than flat or incline presses, because of the angle it's performed, it engages the Pectoral Major muscles more in a way they are designed 2 work. I would more recommend Decline Bench Dumbell Presses or Parallel Bar Dips 4 a decent chest, the flat is notorious 4 causing injuries 2 the shoulder girdle.
why is decline not as easy, i never tried it, and also does that really look like 135? i just cant tell cuz when he does it there really isnt much definition in his tricep, he might just have beastly pecs
you don't lock out when you press for reps... damages the joints.
amen! its much better too not lock the elbows, you take too much strain off the pecs and place it onto the triceps. same for wide grip, it is much better than close grip cause it works the chest more by negating the triceps!
135lbs whats that about 60kgs, not bad good amount for endurance but 57 reps is way overkill! might as well do press ups! try that same weight with dumbells, much harder!!!
who cares!! dude fionMcc comon....i dont think he cares what you think....so why are you putting tips?? im sure he knows what hes doing...and ur prolly jelous that you cant bench that am i right?? dawg?
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha i can bench that with my dick! actually i can't do 57 reps but i don't want too! dumb ass! i'd rather do ten reps of 100kgs! dawg!
I aint mad mate! just think your post was a bit pointless, i don't give a shit if he cares, people were hating him for doing partials but I was actually backing him up not hating like urself! I just don't see the point of that high amount of reps, but I've an open mind, might be something he knows that I don't, your just fucked up, with your "ur just jealous" shit, obviously a fat youtube "warrior" init! go read a book fuck face!
wow, i underestimated how sad you really are! 5 months later and you stumble across a video you've already seen and forgotten about, talk about lack of direction in life! the only reason i know is cause utube sent me a email notification! its amusing looking at your page, nobody likes you, and you've only been a utube member 14months and you've watched over 13000 videos. DUDE get some fresh air before there's none left. now i wonder will you take my advice or will you reply with a load of shit!
trust me when i have free time....i make sure i use it good....i like out smarting ppl so there ya go....having a professional life is great.....whats your life? and dont lie about be truthful
haha, cool. i'm a student but i'm also a amateur composer and metal producer not done anything big yet just local stuff but i love it. work freelance out of a local recording studio too not very often at the mo tho. got about 6 years experience. you?
@NyzProblem He was doing it right, you have rest time when you lock out. The way he was doing it, he had constant restriction working the chest muscles more. When you lock out, the weight is focused on your arms.
im 5'6 and 150lbs and i do it 80 times but on flat bench

i acutally think decline is the easiest out of incline and normal bench press
blade83336 2 years ago
Decline is easier than flat bench, you have a shorter range of motion, and better leverage, learn what you're talking about before you post.

why do people critize others on youtube?! damn get a life.
corvetteracer916 3 years ago 8
decline is really easy cuz u can rep more and do bigger weight. i can do 135x16 on the flat benchpress but i could do 20+ on decline bench
bloodyhungarian123 3 years ago
thats hella gay when people bench like that

yeah your right, but your almost suppose to lockout just short it, 160 to 170 degrees as opposed to 180 degrees meaning full lock out
Jerichosquink 3 years ago
grip is too wide..will take more of an outer chest dan inner..
riteshmallik 3 years ago
fully extend man three of those would count as 1 rep. i hate when people bench like that
