I cant find exact translation of the song but if I remember correctly it is a song about comparing a marriage to watering lilies. If you have a nice garden with well attended lilies your marriage can´t be that good cause you have to much time to tend to the flowers.

I think I can do that perhaps, but I´ll have to wait till I get home from work to know for sure. I am not rusyn myself so I don´t know the language either but it is remarkably alike slovenian from where my father stems. And if you want to I can poat you a link where you can download this song (its actually one of my favourite rusyn song and the only I know the words to by heart)

Yes, this is the rusyn village that my father's parents came from to the US in the early part of the 20th century. I don't speak rusyn or slovak, though, so I don't know the words of the song. If you would care to post a translation, that would be great!
