  • You know, this game would work great on the Wii.

Press A to punch the pots and the lightbulbs.

For the barrels, hold A to punch and then press B (with A still held) to kick.

  • I love this song so much...I just wonder who the hell is pitching these plastic cups, light bulbs, and barrels full of bombs at him xD where are they getting all this stuff from...

  • リズム天国ゴールド beats Rhythm Paradise anyday.

  • it is saying "punch kick" just with a japanese accent

    パンチ キック!

  • The "punchukii!" sounds like Kirby.

  • I love the Japanese version *-*

Someone knows where I can download it without "punchukii"?

  • I love the japanese version of this song :)

  • Weird... I always thought he was saying punch, KICK!

  • hearing this song makes me scream "Karate Man" in an accent similar to Jackie Chan! XD

  • does anyone know the actual name of the song?

  • @sandygagk Struck by the Rain in english, idk what it is in japanese besides that it says Rainy

  • @NikKiDWolF

    It's called "Rainy ~Ame ni Utarete~"

  • @Idachan

It can also be called "Rainy *insert japanese stuff here*"

  • The title should be Punch Kick!

  • @sparkles9001 That IS the title. Technically.

But it's listed as "PunchuKii" because the voice in the game sounds like they say Punch Kii!

  • The song is called Struck by the Rain, yet it snows...?

  • @ISHOTMYMYSELF That's what I've always wondered as well!

  • For some reason, this song always sounds like the theme of some anime to me. I wouldn't be surprised if that's where the song comes from, either. The English version sounds less anime-ish, but still....

  • It got epic when it snowed harder.

  • I like the way he says "punch kick" better in english, but I like the song better in japanese

  • I suck at them punch kicks. =_=

  • One of the biggest gripes in the US version is that the songs were done poorly.

  • I disagree....

The only two I felt was poor was Fan Club and the Dazzles.

Plus Frog Hop was almost as good as the original.

  • I thought that everything between the two versions was just as good, but then I hear THIS SONG. Holy crap. Why couldn't they sing like this in the english version?

  • Is it just me, or does his kicking foot look like a hand or that it has a few extra toes?

  • He has 5 toes...but maybe its because I'm so used to seeing 4 fingers and toes in drawings taht when I see 5, it looks weird.

  • ...Why does it snow harder?

  • erm... Disco lights.

  • To be a big distraction.

That, or it's to make the video look more epic. o:

  • lol this is probably the ONLY SONG IN EXISTENCE where I like the jap. AND the eng. version. WOOT! Yay Rythm Heaven.

  • my cat loves this song :) she purrs extra loud when i play it. shes purring right now in my lap :)

  • Snow?

I always thought it was a disco ball.

  • OSU!!

  • i find the english versionsname of that so lame... at least they could come up with something better than "karate man"

meh good job anyway... yay for japanese more ownage music that the english!

  • PANCHUKII!

  • 1:02 he blushes lol

  • omg i have this game why did i never see that lol

  • punch kick i love this RH song

  • this better than english one cuz i think the english version the lady cant sing lol 0_o

  • Wtf are you talking about, the English version of Karate man sounds great.

  • I like this song better than English version of karate joe

  • that song is pure win

  • The singer has Mariah Carey's sound!

  • PUNCHKII!!!

  • This is definitely my favourite game in Rhythm Tonguku Gold/Rhythm Heaven/Rhythm Paradise. (Depending on where on Earth you hang your hat)

I like how in the European version you get English, German and French versions of the song if you change the system language.

  • Can someone give me the name of the GBA game of this it would be really appreciated

  • Its called "Rhythm Tengoku" and its released only in Japan.

  • this version of the song sounds better!

  • ooh that was pretty ownage

  • awesome ! XD

  • Fun fact: The japanese version says "High Level" instead of "Superb".

  • can you get this game in english but with japanese songs and voice?

    it sounds so cute :3

  • Nope, you cant get it like that.

  • its like u have to play the US version to understand this game.

  • man~~~ I got up and punch kicked to the karate man

  • I luv the beat!!~ Nice ~

  • PUN-CHI!!

  • I like how smug he gets after the double hit

  • I'd smirk if I'd punch a barrel and kick a bomb a mile away. ;)

  • when i showed my sister this she thought he had 6 toes XD

  • holy shit ur rite. hes inbreed. just look at those hairs hes got left.

  • too easy

  • Punch Kick!!

  • PANCHKIII!

  • Hey, baby, how's it going? This beat is non-stop.

  • aw, the japanese one has a much better song. =P

  • why? it's excatly the same except it's in english...ok i see your point

  • That Karate guy is awesome! I'm glad he's in the second one. XD

  • One of the mine many favorite songs... :D

  • Who DOESN'T like this song? X3

  • PAUNCH-KIII!!!

    That's addictive...

  • only in Japanese amirite?

I would get the import if its out

  • ok that was dumb, scratch the

    "if its out" part XD

  • Yeah, as of now, its only in Japanese, its localized English version was supposed to come out last year, but it has been rumoured to be delayed till Nov 2009!

  • check the wiki, it will come out in April 2009.

  • Nah, it's coming out Apr. 5

  • Comment removed

  • okay, i have to admit that this was a little boring to watch :P

  • awsome beat! (^-^)b

  • I LOVE THIS ONE!!

  • The real name for this level is "Karate House".

  • The real name for this level is "Karateka", a person doing Karate.

  • Really? I keep hearing it as Karate House.

  • The first result in a dictionary for the kanji after "Karate" is "house", but it can also mean "master of a martial art" or something like that, in which case it's read as "ka".

    Lol run-on sentence.

  • Ah so it's a play on words then. If I was Japanese, I'd see what they did there.

  • It's not really a play on words, it's reading it wrong.

  • I love this level.

The 2nd one is awesome, but this one's more epic.

  • ... why the hell is he facing the right on your screen?

Also, what is the song called?

  • Its because I play with my left hand :P Everything is laterally inverted.

As far as I can tell, the title of the song is "Rainy" The artist and other information I cannot read..

Its written there in japanese @0:12 hope someone else can answer your question.

  • It's called Canary Club Rainy ~Ame ni Utarete~

  • Cheeky smile man is back! Yaay!

  • I call them only so, because of the High Sound quality :)

  • OMGOSHHH
