Some might argue that it is the duty of an American citizen to challenge authority. The job of a police officer is to protect your rights and in each state to protect you from federal government in case the state becomes corrupt. I don't know any police officer that has lived up to the concept of protect and serve fully. The problem wasn't the nudity, it was his being out of his mind on shrooms AND getting naked. He was taunting them, even though they were totally cool to him. So from our vantage point on the lawn, he really was asking for it.
