I love Search and Destroy, I guess it's more of a player's preference. I can tell Phil was more attributed for Deathmatch and stuff, I'm more for the objective-based game modes such as Sabotage and S&D. It frustrated the hell out of me though when the first point was lost because the two remaining didn't even TRY to defuse the bomb. Go for it and get killed > Camp, lose anyways, but live.

depends about how you move and how better you are. M16 is awesome when your are shotting someone who is static. scar is exellent when you are shotting someone very far of you (static or not), i would propose you to take the tar, which is good to shoot someone moving close to you. If you move a lot or playing in a type of game that you have to move, take the tar first and the m16 second.

It could also depends about how much you are used to manipulate a weapon.
