In my humble opinion you must improve your steps and your feet position to hit hard. People forget that the legs abduction in wing tzun is of paramount important to do this discipline right.
you're punches has power when you lead with your walks but those chain punches sucks... you really just need one very hard centerline hit and stick with him... chain punches means you're not sticking with the guy.
Gary Lam could spit down their necks and make them humble, but he wouldn't do that because he respects the God, and he respects the Jesus unlike the half and half Leung Ting worse than Michael Jackson.
I'd smash them both - no structure in their stance, and no centre line. Videos like this gives 'Wing Chun' a bad name. They should call this 'Ving Tsun'.
In think wt is great for self defense,because it's techniques are simpler and more effective than classical styles. Those are more technical,complicated and thus less suited for real life, exept you are a master.
Can a WT guy beat a shaolin? Yes of course he can if he trains 7 hours a day like the monk.
If he just goes three times a week to his sifu to train an hour or two and then eats his pizza at home he won't beat him, much like a recreational tennis player won't beat federer.
probably, thats cause those monks train 24/7 since age 3. kung fu is their life and they truly master it. Most other people do martial arts not more than a few hours a day.

all of shaolin almost got completely erased from the planet when the southern temple was burned down but thank god the grand masters made it out.
