Haters can say what they want, but the truth is that when the dust has settled, many people have confirmed that her points of view where the truth and she is just trying to get what is deserved...Dawn makes more money doing small venue shows than she would with a big budget deal thatg could go wrong....she is smart, talented and gorgeous...and 1/4th of the greatest female group EVER

I think she's righteous.  The other women in En Vogue should be supporting her in her struggle to get a fair business deal for the group. Plus, there's no reason why the group can't periodically break up and get back together when someone wants to do a solo project.

@slurrrpee i think major labels are too suspicious of dawns lack of commitment to the en vogue group thing which unfortunately effects the others...i guess when you've had a hit as a solo artist you KNOW what money is to be had while in a groups situation, they used to be puppets. i hope EV3 NEW home makes an impact and find the PERFECT songs for them.

Omgoodness all of this negativity. This woman can sing and looks damn good for her age. She doesn't have to cater to you or be stuck in a group all her life. I loved her too when she was with En Vogue but sometimes you just need space and venture out to do your own thing. Independence, hello? Just be happy for what she did accomplish with EV, the memories or whatever and take it for what it was. This song is nice and catchy. Live your life, Dawn. Congrats on all of your success.

Dawn is being disrespected by the greedy ass music industry, but I think En Vogue needs to do an album independent of the music industry and find independent producers who don't have a name yet. This way their music will be fresh and if their sales are big, they can dictate to the record companies instead of the other way around. But since EV is big, that's the ticket, not Dawn as a soloist.

@lukebutton - Dawn just doesn't know how to play the game right. Her attitude and unrealistic goals will keep her in rags. En Vogue is currently signed to an indie label except for Dawn, who still believes a miracle bird will carry her to Beyonce territory. Once again she is to blame for all the negativity.
