I agree with you, Togepi's Excessive Whiny Attitude Drives Me Insane, greatly, because, In The English Dub, It was Very Hungry, and In The Original Japanese, It like Throws A "GIANT" Fit when It wants It's "Mommy", Misty, So Much, after She left, without even knowing where she's going, so, To Me, That was like "WAY TOO" Whiny and Dramatic so, as it was, but also, Mildly Amusing, Especially, The Cutest Part where Pikachu Rubs his Red Cheeks, but anyways, I Agree with you. :)
AW, Poor Togepi, but luckily, The English DUB inserts an "Explanation" into this moment, like, Togepi has a Low Tolerance for Hunger, but They are no such "Explanations" in The Original Japanese Soundtrack, So, Avertedly, Togepi's Lower Tolerance for Hunger was mentioned in The English dub, but In The Original Japanese Version, Togepi was Just Upset, that's why Bulbasaur comforts it, not feeds it, AW Man, I really wish that People would explain all this (that's what Cevas101 told me). DUH!!! <:(
