Mayuri is one of my fav characters and yeah, the crap he does to nemu is really violent. He is made to look like the bad guy but thats his specialty and he is supposed to be hated but people are his fans because of his attitude. Nemu is a very interesting character aswell...and i love the kurotsuchi family...
I love Nemu and Mayuri is awesome... except for the fact that he mentally scarred his own daughter to the point where she barely feels any emotion. Yeah that I don't like, especially since she's so cute ^^ Just imagine her with emotions and you have teh cutest character in Bleach
@RoundedBlade I think I can understand why Mayuri did what he did to his own daughter: The best of the Shinigami thus far have been able to put their more personal feelings aside for the greater good of all, and perform better this way due to their clearer mind. Also, the enemies he has to face are less inclined to harm and use someone against him that they think he doesn't care about, which actually shows that he does care by taking her as far out of harm's way as possible.

If Nemu's part is just gonna be the character that will be abused in every way by her creator/father, then why make her hot/beautiful???? It only makes me HATE mayuri even more. I can't stand watching nemu get hurt. It would make all of us feel better if Nemu wasn't so good looking XD

I agree that Mayuri is an evil bastard, but there isn't a need to generalize that to all fathers, especially real ones. Mayuri is a character meant to represent a certain character type in a story. He's meant to be hated. But the majority of fathers certainly aren't like this at all.

Nemu is "created" by Mayuri. As mentioned in the manga, she has the same "ingredients" as him. Very strange! Check out the vid where Mayuri "heals" Nemu using, well sexual inter...or something very close to that. His weirdness is what makes him so cool. XD

The fact that he is on the good side yet he behaves like a psycho or crazy guy makes him all the more interesting character. Making him side w/ aizen would make it a typical situation, not very interesting.

I agree. But that's probably because Mayuri is 1 of the biggest sadistic, ruthless psycopaths in the history of Anime; & Nemu is a quiet, seemingly gentle, devoted assistant. Kinda hard to like the former, & really hard not to like the latter. :)
One of the many reasons I prefer the manga: Mayuri ACTUALLY appreciated Nemu and is concerned for her, i.e. when Szayel used her to rebirth himself... Mayuri looked... emotional for a bit, and slightly relived that Nemu was okay later.
I look at Mayuri and any emotion other than shock/anger=HUGE NEWS. Yeah, he's a jerk to her 99.99% of the time, and is still sadistic, but when is COMES DOWN TO IT, he is connected to her in someway that at least resembles... something not evil.

I admit for only five seconds, I started to vote for a IshidaxOrihime pairing, but it didn't take long to notice Orihime's nuts about Ichigo. Then I saw episode 44-45 and other episodes and started to become more fond of IshidaxNemu. They do look cute together.
What happened in manga chap. 307 (*spoiler*) kinda got me thinking Nemu might have a thing for Ishida, but that's just my opinion.
There's actually an image from the Bleach artbook with all of the lieutenants with their zanpakutou..she had one too. I would assume she's like Nanao and Mayuri doesn't want(or, in this case, need) her to carry one.

XD No. The artbook 'All Colour but the Black' was a collection of official art by Tite Kubo, like..official color art that had been in the manga chapters or used for promotional purposes..plus some new things. x3 I think that one of the wikipedia articles for the gotei 13 has the picture..or it did last time I checked.
I really wish they'd develop the character more. Give her some personality. And personally I'd like to see something more with Ishida in there because he's such a gentleman and she's pretty much a damsel in distress who can't feel distress.

Yeah but Mayuri simply said they were thinking "dirty" thoughts so it probably wouldn't have been. Though mayuri is kinda weird....

True, but he also said something about not understanding the complexity/greatness of a scientist and what not. So to him this wouldn't be a problem. Not to mention Ishida and Renji saw the position. Also while it may not be sexual intercourse, it could possible be some method fo inputting med. through the ....which is possible and sometimes down by doctor to accelerate the medicine's affect. Either way, not a big deal. FUNNY though! XD

The fact that he is on the good side yet he behaves like a psycho or crazy guy makes him all the more interesting character. Making him side w/ aizen would make it a typical situation, not very interesting.

Unfortunately, it doesn't..not really. It came closes to maybe relating, but the problem is copyrights. The original song for this video was Time to Dance by Panic! at the Disco. Soooo, try listening to that and watching this video and it might work better.

I agree. But that's probably because Mayuri is 1 of the biggest sadistic, ruthless psycopaths in the history of Anime; & Nemu is a quiet, seemingly gentle, devoted assistant. Kinda hard to like the former, & really hard not to like the latter. :)

One of the many reasons I prefer the manga: Mayuri ACTUALLY appreciated Nemu and is concerned for her, i.e. when Szayel used her to rebirth himself... Mayuri looked... emotional for a bit, and slightly relived that Nemu was okay later.

I look at Mayuri and any emotion other than shock/anger=HUGE NEWS. Yeah, he's a jerk to her 99.99% of the time, and is still sadistic, but when is COMES DOWN TO IT, he is connected to her in someway that at least resembles... something not evil.

You got a few things wrong, Mayuri didn't care for Urahara or the fact that he was just going to rot in a cell under the 2nd squad bunker, besides Mayuri is a freak to them, he was locked up and no one was going to save him, he just got lucky with his outcome is all, he things in terms of truth and science nothing else matters to men with so much drive like that, Nemu is just a tool anyways fuck her.

I admit for only five seconds, I started to vote for a IshidaxOrihime pairing, but it didn't take long to notice Orihime's nuts about Ichigo. Then I saw episode 44-45 and other episodes and started to become more fond of IshidaxNemu. They do look cute together.
What happened in manga chap. 307 (*spoiler*) kinda got me thinking Nemu might have a thing for Ishida, but that's just my opinion.

There's actually an image from the Bleach artbook with all of the lieutenants with their zanpakutou..she had one too. I would assume she's like Nanao and Mayuri doesn't want(or, in this case, need) her to carry one.

XD No. The artbook 'All Colour but the Black' was a collection of official art by Tite Kubo, like..official color art that had been in the manga chapters or used for promotional purposes..plus some new things. x3 I think that one of the wikipedia articles for the gotei 13 has the picture..or it did last time I checked.

I really wish they'd develop the character more. Give her some personality. And personally I'd like to see something more with Ishida in there because he's such a gentleman and she's pretty much a damsel in distress who can't feel distress.

2:23 is from episode...twenty-eight or twenty-nine. 2:25 is probably from somewhere around episode 83, but you'd have to check to make sure. Since they're both endings, its hard to remember specifics. XD
