  • Beautiful! Love it! I agree...making sure we include the things we love to do in our day is most important! So simple-so true!

  • First, can I just say that your yard is amazing! It makes me exhale immediately! So does your wonderful voice! Oh, and those birds! And I am with you -- horses are a big part of what I love. I actually have riding my horse on my calendar as a firm appointment. Recharges me and makes my soul sing! xo

  • @JessicaEavesMathews THANK YOU, Jessica!! I love, love, LOVE my yard, too. I was just working there at my conference table yesterday and plan to shoot more videos there today. RIDE ON! So great that you know what recharges you and makes your soul sing -- AND that you are firm about that appointment. You GO, Horse Lady! ;) XOXO ♥

  • love your advice to schedule fun - its too easy to get caught up in all the 'to dos' and forget to 'blossom'

    Thankyou

  • @pinkymckay Thanks, Pinky! ♥

  • @sylhill27 THANK YOU, Sylviea! ♥ ♥

  • Love the flowers and the birdies chirping in the background, Katherine. I've recently added a little time for stitching in the midst of the frantic work/renovate days I'm having. LOVE the mental downtime, makes me happy!

  • @ConfidentMarketer Thank you, Sue! I can just imagine the scene with you stitching away -- very zen and lovely! ♥

  • Katherine,

Thank you for the lovely inspiration and environment you provide in the video.

I feel like I went to the park with you for a few minutes! You are a master at

    living in the moment!

  • @CommunicatorsCoach Thanks, Heidi! ♥

  • This is just lovely Katherine. It gave me a deep breath! (Which I needed because it's been a busy day.) It is so nice to hear all the things you love because I love sailing and riding horses too! Thank you for sharing the tips to get the fun things back into our lives. You are truly a LOA expert.

  • @juvenescence1 Thanks, Robin! I wonder if there's any sport that combines riding and sailing! ? ;) ♥

  • Great advice! So many of us rush through the days, weeks, and months without taking a moment to enjoy the things we really love!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • I love this Law of Attraction tip and it's one I plan to follow-up on today. I hear you saying to me - go play, be free, enjoy and the energy of LOA will be yours. Thank you for the reminder. I can't wait to hear the next Law of Attraction tip.

  • @dcsorenson Thank you, Debbie! I'll be posting another tip next week! ♥ ♥

  • LOVE, love, love this message. :)

  • @LisaManyon Thanks, Lisa! ♥

  • Hey Katherine thats awesome

  • @TheTerriCook Thanks, Terri! ♥

  • The wind picks up at the end by way of applause.

Been hearing this advice all my life. But for some reason, only now does it click. I have to ORGANIZE my happiness, SCHEDULE it. That's interesting! I'll give it a shot.

    God bless! : D

  • @baltimark Great! Let me know how it works for you -- sometimes you have to be really deliberate to shift your momentum, but once it becomes a habit to include the things you love in your life, you'll wonder why in the world you were doing it all along! ♥

  • @KatherineCHE Will do. Kickin' round the idea as we speak. Something to think about, the what and the how. I think too you got to BELIEVE you can do it. Who'd disagree that it's the RIGHT thing to do? But some of us have to get organized just to get organized. More inspiration in that case from flowers: How organized they are! And happy.

    : D

  • @baltimark R U on my mailing list? (If not: go to my homepage KatherineCHE to sign up.) This week's newsletter will be all on this topic. White Roses help U connect with Ur eternal nature, and time just opens up before you. Also, check out my White Roses meditation -- the same energy that helps process grief by connecting with the eternal nature of lost loved ones, helps U connect with Ur own eternalness. ♥

  • @KatherineCHE Will do. - Very interesting.

And how did you know that grief is my issue? ... That's some keen intuition.

  • @baltimark Very often the sense of not having enough time for yourself appears in the same people who are also experiencing grief! DEFINITELY check out that meditation. It has helped a lot of people shift that energy. ♥

  • @KatherineCHE Didn't know that. - Very interesting!
