Excellent , and humbling...I get annoyed when my broadband isn't running fast enough or my emails take more than a few seconds to come through. This man seemed at peace with his role in life - his children obviously loved and respected him and from his reception on the streets he seemed a local hero. We can learn a lot from this.
but naah that flag is india look again magyarszog as you probably know better then me has a red top and nothing in the middle , but what am i telling you that you are hungarian lol , the flag here is orange -white -red with a wheel in the middle!

This video executed the art of a short documentary film. It's remarkable to continue to see how family traditions are still being carried on generation to generation. Salim Muhammad's lost art is facinating, beautiful and touching. On another pespective, hes making a living and feeding his family, while remaing loyal to the art of film. And, the best part, hes happy doing what he does.
In 1946, the muslims of Calcutta launched "Direct Action Day" for a separate homeland resulting in killing of thousands. Their wish was fulfilled in 1947 when Pakistan was created for the British for them. Surprisingly - rarely any muslim family of Calcutta shifted to East Pakistan. They constitute 30% of the city's population and still bring it to a standstill over minor issues.

@pinkyahuja666 Muslims rulez always as you know so stop crying . Till we are in India nothing will happen to India. If we are not here the non-Muslims corrupted people which is in 60% will sell these land to foreigners again.
Yeah sure - they rule over the gutters breeding like mice. And it is a pity that in Democracy numbers count and therefore the political parties woo you !
@pinkyahuja666 Every ones know 80% of people from which community is living a beggars life most of them are drunkards, thief .murderer, rapist, which even i don't appreciate. Luck is always with the hard and honest people so need to bother about good poor fellows ALLAH will definitely change their fate one day. Regarding politics how you can even say anything to Muslims you people vote on the basis of caste. which is increasing corruption in my country all these dirt has to be clean by Muslims.
So what ?We came as refugees with nothing except our faith. You are so begairat that you demanded a country foryourself and refused to go there. Pakistan was not created for Punjabis and Sindhis muslims. It was created for Indian muslims. My grandfather was a millionaire inKarachi and his property was forcibly taken by the Mohajirs. He was forced to flee to India penniless but was a millionaire again when he died.
@pinkyahuja666 When i have demanded a country yaar? m just 24 to small to do all these things. have i said any thing to refugees or to your grandfather i feel very bad for that. Ask your grandfather whether he was in favour of Pakistan or not. 99% of the muslims of India wanted Pakistan. Not one muslim majority place where referendum was held opted for India. Jinnah was a Khoja muslim from mumbai and Liaqat was from U.P. Since the last 10 years I have noticed a change in the muslim perception and they have started to think as India as their country - before that they used to openly support Pakistan in all cricket matches !
@pinkyahuja666 No he was not in favor of Pakistan you know why because he was an Indian soldier. My uncle is an CRPF men fighting with Maoist now a days. My neighbour lost his life in kargil war. I bet you cant give 20 martyrs name who belongs from sindhi community.
I know only one in the armed forces General Tahiliyani !
Even Allama Iqbal and Jinnah's grandfather were Hindus. The former Prime minister of Pakistan Mohammed Mian Sumro is a descendent of Sumro Rajputs who fought against the Arab invaders. But today they think of the Arabs as their saviour. Once you have accepted an Arabic religion - you have sold your souls to them !
@pinkyahuja666 No one is Saviour of Muslims except Allah. There is nothing called buying and selling of souls in Islam. Buying and selling is done by Jhulelal followers they can sell their mother and daughter for profit. By the way your knowledge is very less about Indian army may be because you r still not Indian. Ok now a summer dhamaka offer for you give me name of 10 martyrs belonging to Sindhi Community.

Wow! What a fantastic display of humanity. It also makes me question my own life, all the complications I get into, all the technology I get caught up in. I just met a hand book-binder from Mexico on the subway, and still there is much demand for his work. Sometimes low-tech is the answer.

It's great to finally be able to watch this. I had no preconceived notions going in. And now that I am on the other side, this film has certainly brightened my day.

Wow! What a fantastic display of humanity. It also makes me question my own life, all the complications I get into, all the technology I get caught up in. I just met a hand book-binder from Mexico on the subway, and still there is much demand for his work. I notice that I won't buy a kindle or an e-reader. I like to keep with books because, for a few moments a day, it gets me off the computer.

I love this film and can't wait to see more from the dynamic duo of Tim Sternberg and Francisco Bello. Calling all funders: please give these guys a budget to make another film!

It's great to finally be able to watch this. I had no preconceived notions going in. And now that I am on the other side, this film has certainly brightened my day.
Congratulations and Thanks to everyone involved in producing this film.
