I'm glad the truth has been exposed about Chicago's inner city and overcrowding of jails. It is a shame. Instead of funding for drug rehab, after school programs and programs for troubled youth or the youth that are trying to get out of gangs this is what the people of the Chi are faced with. Until there is a change on the outside of these jails and prisons then the inside will never change.
I did jury duty one time on the south side of Chicago the courthouse was next to a jail. I think it was the corrections facility, though. It was so scary. x_x
