    Im on my week 3 of lean and im planning to go classic after phase 1 of lean...is that gonna be a good idea? I mean I hv like 20lbs excess fat in body so i tried lean...

  • The lean will drop weight off of you like crazy you won't lose pounds as much with the classic but you will look better that's why I did the lean version for 90 days then the classic for 90 days.finish the lean all the way through. I hope this helps you my friend.

  • i'm pretty much taking the same supplements as well, just different brands. i agree with you about the classic...i think it's pretty well rounded with a mix of cardio and resistance training as well as the stretching. rest day today for me and goin into week 3 tomorrow, peace out!

  • Thanks for the insight about your supplements. When I started with P90X, I didn't take any supplements at all. Just a little zinc, biotine, vitamins and ate a bit more protein. In my 2nd round I started with creatine monohydrate which really gave me a push. BCAA's are also great for faster recovery, just like L-glutamine. Currently, I'm also trying L-carnitine. But I will test it about one more month to see if it works for me.
