I'm 18 and i admit i'm not 'punk' in the way that i dress like a punk but i listen to a lot of punk music as i'm just a lover of music, the fact you believe that punk was only real years ago shows that you had to have everyone else around you sheeping it up as a punk, it doesn't say much that you don't think people can love songs like this now. I've always liked both Danzig and Graves, but as my fandom between the two weighs it becomes more apparent that the Graves era misfits sort of made the band a little goofy and kiddish. I'll always love 'dig up her bones,' but it just isn't the same as the Glenn stuff. I think it can be said for a deal of people that they wouldn't be Misfits fans had they not heard the band in its Danzig days, whether from the start or a decade or two later

I actually Kind of agree here. While I never had a real problem with Graves. With Glenn, Lyrically the man wrote some pretty dark shit. I always saw the Graves era of this band as somewhat of a joke, like oooee ahhh, lets write about gravyards and gobblings soooooooo bruttaalll!
