2/ Depression is a bummer Nick. My brothers bipolar & has struggled all his life. He has to take a lot of toxic meds wwwhich have had a bad affect on his physical health. Dont know how bad yours is but any depression is horrible. I'm fortunate to have never had to deal with it. I've been a bit down due to my physical health but haven't had anything serious. You certainly seem to cope well resorting to telling jokes etc. You cheer everyone else up so I hope it works for you too.
Nick, it's terrible that you still can't get sativex. There must be someone around who can give you some pot. I get it from my nephew who gets it from a member of his rock band & I couldn't survive without it. Its enabled me to cut back on lots of ant-inflammatory meds coz its such a powerful ant-inflammatory in itself. I wonder whether another MSer could direct you in the right direction since its so widely used by us. Maybe someone at your local MS Society??

Have you tried Tysabri? this might be your best bet.
You sound like your getting no where at the moment...
Contact your MSnurse and have a chat about Tysabri...
Sativax is crap because THC is taken out.
Only high-strength Cannabis works,not just any Cannabis.
