  • I like the idea of this, but I don't see the purpose. Is this just something to throw in there to mix up the Ren Rows, or is there more to it?

    Seems a sprawl + ren rows would be more beneficial. It is a pretty beastly exercise though. Keep thinking outside the bell!

  • @Kb3lls The primary purpose of the core is to resist rotation and extension. Adding in the bear crawl brings a another element of core stability/rotary stability into the movement. Sprawl + ren rows are great too, but locomotive/quadrupedal movements such as this do not get the attention they deserve. Thanks for watching!
