Great headphones but when I had an issue with them they were nearing its one year warranty & was told they would not fix/replace them. I purchased 2 of these headphones, one for exercising & the other for work. I was one week from warranty ending when they stopped working. I contacted JayBirds & was told they would not replace them. By the time I got back few more emails it was now the end of the warranty which was then used as the excuse "warranty is up"? Not sure what to buy next, suggestions?
I'm sorry but this product looks way too similar to the one SharperImage sales here: sharperimage Lightweight-Bluetooth-Headset/101084
However, the one SharperImage sales is only $49.99!!! If you look at both models side by side, they look virtually identical. Is JayBird just stamping their logo on someone else's product or what's going on here?
I love these headphones. For some reason they stopped selling them though. I mean everywhere. On their site, on Amazon, target (where I originally bought it).
Also for the guy complaining about the battery life. It's for exercising, I think 4 - 5 hours is quite long enough unless you're some kind of psycho gym rat.
Problem: When I workout (which is mostly hiking) I cannot stand things shoved into my ear. Also, sweating with what amounts to an ear plug in your ear is not a good idea if you're sensitive to ear infections. Plantronics has a product just like this. Nonetheless, if you don't mind stuff crammed into your ear canal, this is a high quality unit.
but people like me do not needs some mp3 for fitness.I need just bluetooth headphone with remote option for a cellphone/calling function.. i checked planctronics and Motorolla-don't buy it! Plan-haven't sweat resistance ando moto s9 pice of... i change abouth 12 pairs of them on last year..Need someting with perfect water and sweat resistance for long running in +35C outside...
If you're not entirely happy with the JB-200's fit, isolation, or stay-in-earness, try Acoustibuds! They solved all three of those problems for me; for $15, they really take the headsets from good to great.
Puoi benissimo utilizzare i comandi dell'Ipod, funziona tutto contemporaneamente!:-)
For the record, this product is awesome! Use it with my Sansa Fuze mp3 player and Palm Centro phone. Runs both simultaneously as if they were the same device. No missed calls while music blares. Actually a better phone headset than my Plantronics bluetooth. I don't have stock in the company... but I should.
Grazie mille!!!!!

Not convinced with this product. I think it`s ok, but in reality...
Bluetooth range very poor outside as no walls to bounce off.
May be sweatproof/rainproof but your phone, mp3 or the adapter is not.
Lightweight but many reviews say uncomfortable in ear.
Scrolling through music is very limited or non existant with I-Phone. Have to consider these things.
The best I have seen is the fully waterproof headset with built in mp3 at
