The Mosquito was one of the best night fighters ever produced and was the best twin engined fighter of the European theater. The Mosquito could out turn an Me-109G at altitude, was faster than a FW-190 in a dive, was more heavily armed, and in a pinch could power up and flat outrun ANY piston driven aircraft giving chase. P-38 has reverse thrust for backing up? No flap takeoff? Missed the centerline completely on touchdown? Who was flying those barrel rolls? Don't forget the aileron drag on full deflection, gotta get the nose up and use rudder through the roll. Ah not a bad video.

@dannaryeguy the mosquito was slower less manuverable but did have a bettter bomb load and it wasent a fighter it was a light bomber
