Is it spring action when you disable it? Or is it completely manual with the thumb stud? And what size Allen wrenches did you use? I have the same knife.
Just did this with my spring assisted karambit, got super pissed when i found out i couldn't carry it. Pulled the spring out and it works better than it did before!
