Plain hot corn on the cob is really good for a cat, and so is grass because grass will make them throw up any... "unwanted" stuff in their stomachs. Corn on the cob doesn't make 'em throw up, tho, so don't worry :-D
Corn is a cats favorite, world over. Melon is probably second all around favorite. I have asked Veternarians and no one can say why, it's just a thing they have. Try crab one time and they will pass nearly all else. Good luck enjoying your crab the next time though.Haha. Thanks for the show.

I haven't got a husband. She mostly just likes me - she was a bit skittish for years because she lived with her sister, who was the dominant cat (I think mine was the runt of the litter, but they were abandoned little alley cats). But once it was just the two of us, she chilled out a lot, warmed up, and hangs out more now. Although she does takes to some very odd people very quickly now and again.

My cat is more like a dog, kinda. She's not very independent - she loves to be wherever I am, she follows me around, she lets me roll her around and mess with her like a dog. She does have her cat attitude still, so she's got sass and is independent, but sometimes I look at her and say, "What the hell? I got you because I wanted a cat." I love her to bits though - had her since she was four weeks old and now she's 12 years.
Most dry cat food is made from cornmeal any way. My cat likes corn too; however, it is probably not good for their teeth since they can't floss and brush them regularly. When I eat corn on the cob, it gets stuck in my teeth, so I image it would for cats too. Maybe that is why her teeth are gone? My cat loves canteloupe too for some reason! And, olives and canned tuna...very neat video. I am disqusted by the comment above, the cat hater!
Actually, her teeth are gone because she had bad gum disease for years and years - no matter what the vets or I did, no matter how often I had her teeth cleaned, the gums never got better. Once we removed the teeth, however, everything cleared right up and the gums got all pink and healthy! And clearly she has no problem eating, as she's kind of a chubber... about 13 lbs!
