M's Lynn does a good job on Red Sails,but that song belong to Mr Cole,no one can do justice to that song like the King.

Does anyone else much prefer this version to the one in the 30s? I find Vera's voice grew to be much more commanding with age while it was a bit too sweet in her youth.

Excellent version of the song - and it really suits her voice. She's able to pull off the swing arrangement while still making the ballad aspect seem poignant and true.
