  • At first I thought why the whistle,(unplugged) Then I thought He's doing this because like myself I enjoyed the song Immensely,as well as the program.I never had a father,so when Frazier Thomas came on Family classics Sundays He was like having a Dad tell me a story every week, thank you Dad!

  • that's it--note for note.

  • Good for you. It's called "Moviescope" by British composer Dennis Berry, who composed a lot of tunes, but under pseudonyms.

  • Thanks, a great memory from my childhood!

  • When I was very small about 3, my parents took me to a live show with Fraizer Thomas. I was out in the hall trying to reach the drinking fountain, he came up and lifted me so I could reach! Wish my mother would of gotten a picture of that!

  • Hey, the whistle is better than what I've been able to reproduce! It brought back memories.

  • EXCELLENT!!! I remember growing up in Crystal Lake Illinois on a farm and every Sunday afternoon in the winter we watched Family Classics, then we had to go out and do the milking! Great memories from a childhood gone by!

  • Some of the best old movies ever: Union Pacific, Sink the Bismark, Boys Town, Young Thomas Edison...

Brings back fond memories of Sunday afternoons and frozen pizzas.
