Sorry to say but there are way too many Angelfish in that tank also live rocks should provide shelter for these fish as they have no where to go. Its sad to see such a big concentration of Dwarf/Large Angelfish in such a small environment
Nice selection of colorful fish. How do you keep the angels from fighting? Is because you have a big tank? How many gallons is it and what is the tank's footprint?
I like the way they're mostly shades of blue and yellow except for a little firey red dwarf angel. I've never seen an annularis transitioning like that, either.
@freshoutthecity415 Im still keeping many angelfishes together....... not to much problems with fighting, more problems with water quality, disease etc.
It's just a regular paper with coating on, background. Purchased from Aquajardin in Gloucester. As you can see its not overly bright blue and its the only 24" high background I could find.
Thats a big scribble angel u got there. and blue stripe angel also, very NICE! how u get them all not to fight? i see you almost have all the LG angel fish there. i think you missing a few, Goldtail angel, or is that fish at 1:21 it? also i dont' see a french in there nor a passer angel? and you missing the blue face? I own a Saltwater aquarium bussiness myself, and i give u 9 outta 10 VERY VERY NICE.
@ooow3n Thank you very much. I find it easier keeping many angelfish rather than a few. I like all angelfish, and if I had a bigger tank would also have keep the ones you mentioned!
@da5150dude Hi, read your comment and got the camera out, the new Conspic video is now on youtube, So check that out. Big thanks to John and the staff at Aquajardin for supplying me with all my fish requests.
Very nice fish tank I notice that your MOORISH IDOL is not there any more, that's sad, I Have one in my comunity tank together with pilots the moorish it's been just great for the last 18 monts DIET just spectrum & letuce and that moorish is BIG! now. well skimmed, high oxygen, high flow water and UV all a must. oh yes!
The fish in this video is very similar and related to the Flag Fin, but it is not a Flag Fin, it is a Goldflake angel. They are both Apolemichthy genus. Rare hybrids of the two are sometimes available. Look out for my new video coming soon, as it has both.
Medium difficult, need to be fed algea and other stuff. Some are finicky eaters others are great. Do often suffer from white spot disease, so be careful...... well skimmed, high oxygen, high flow water and UV all a must.
what a gawjus tank theres alot of money in there your looking £45 for the emporer angel and £35 for the emporer tang and probably £55 for the powder blue tang
1 year on I had problems mainly due to fish getting too big for the tank. I no longer keep angelfish that get huge such as Emperor, Queen, Asfer etc.
Thank you. The Goldflake and Flagfin never showed any aggression towards each other, the LFS told me it wont be possible, but I never noticed any issues. The Flagfin went in first!
I have changed to a community tank now, pls view my latest vid.
superb, absolutely superb! the composition of the fish is very good. I am simply dumbstruck at the video. I cannot gather any more words to appreciate them. Awesome, simply awesome!
Thank u very much for your kind comments. The scribbled angel got ever so big, ever so quickly! Recently got a beautiful Regal angel and Moorish Idol, so doing lots of changes to my tanks. Video soon.....
Do i count correct that there are 11 angels? 1.Emperor 2.Blueface 3.Queen 4.Majestic 5.Asfer 6.Flame 7.Lemonpeel 8.Bluespot 9.Blueline 10. Scribble 11.Goldflake I absolutely love the blueline!
bro, i bought a blue face angel instead of a flagfin angel, it is quite thin, i think it is already stocked there for a long time that is why it is staring to get thin, i bought it at a exporter and was shiped to me last night.. how can i train this fish to eat flakes, pellets frozen foods??
No special introduction, just put them in after some acclimation. Sometimes for a few hours or a day or two there can be aggression towards the new fish usually from the Asfer angel and purple tang. Afterwards they seem fine.
Love the all angels fish tank, How many gallons tank? Also how often do you do water change to keep your nitrates down? I got a 100 gallons and can't even keep a blue tang without it getting itch.
Thanks, its 150 gallons. 10% water change every week, but Nitrates still high, but I think my fish are used to it. Yeah some tangs are a real problem... i will probably take my powder blue out, cos of the risk of ich.
Thanks man. The Flagfin used to get picked on sometimes by the other fish. It also seemed sensitive to elevated Nitrates and Copper, becoming slow and eating less. The maintenance is less without the Flagfin.
Great looking tank the fish look happy

derek15476 1 year ago
@derek15476 No I don't like damsels, they are aggressive little fish! I personally prefer a blue background.

Hi there, i saw your previous video and I noticed you had two flag fin's. Two questions;
1.) Are they different types as they look different?
2.) What happened to the other one?
locoyo386 2 years ago
The fish in this video is very similar and related to the Flag Fin, but it is not a Flag Fin, it is a Goldflake angel. They are both Apolemichthy genus. Rare hybrids of the two are sometimes available. Look out for my new video coming soon, as it has both.
