  • one person is British

  • I did not know that Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben was a Terminator. That explains how we won the war.

  • @Yahiko25 Somehow it's not hard to imagine him referring to the Continentals as "girly-men." :-)

  • Aaron Carter is in this episode, and he sings part of the theme song...he must be a fan of the Revolutionary War.

Apart from this, I remember him most for two other things: three songs from the Jimmy Neutron movie (especially "Leave it Up to Me", and his 'house party' song ("Aaron's Party").

Also found out he was born in 1987...meaning he's almost 24 years old! I remember him as a kid/preteen! Where does the time fly?

  • Considering that Prussia is awsome.. Its a good idea to learn from them...

  • @rangergxi Omg XD totally

  • Yay, they put Joseph Plumb Martin into it.

  • my college is named after Baron Von Steuben! I thought this was extremely exciting- until I realized that he was voiced by Arnold Scharzenegger......

  • @srhpirate2 what u got against arnold scharzengger

  • what one earth is prussia

  • um Von Steuben was actually a German captain not a Prussian, sorry to all the Prussian out there who are offended by me

  • @jasd12320 He was prussian but who cares

  • um Von Steuben was actually a German captain not a Prussian

  • @jasd12320 um prussia was a state in germany during that time so actually, he was :)

  • @masterbassplayer93 Germany as we know it didn't exist back then. The area that constitutes modern Germany was split between Prussia, the Holy Roman Empire, and a variety of smaller sovereign states. Confederation and the idea of a unified "Germany" didn't begin until the 19th century. So he was born in what is today part of Germany, but back then would have been considered distinctly Prussian, not German. In other words, you're both right :)

  • this is the one with aaron carter<333

  • i got a A on my project

  • Aww I love Lafayette <3 I have to say you Americans do have an interesting history! Admittedly we settled things with the British quite different then you guys ^.^'

  • this makes me proud to have Prussian blood in me

  • "...have asked me to attack Canada." I don't know why I found that so funny. Oh, Lafayette.

I gotta say, Von Steuben is my hero. <3 <3 <3

  • Isn't Arnold Schwarzenegger the governor of California? Can I plz get an answer!

  • @sacramenteens Yes he is.

  • @sacramenteens yes he is

  • @sacramenteens yes, he is from austrea but Schteuben was prussian so it's the wrong acsent

  • if liberty's kids showed some of the things that Ben Franklin did in France, haha this would be an x-rated cartoon

  • Cool Arnie plays for Von Stuben....

  • I always thought that sooner or later, the soliders would call Von Stuben, Von STUPID!

  • @sacramenteens My college is named after him, and we get "Stupid-ville" instead of "Steubenville" all the time. lol

  • watch this at school

  • Did you know that Von Stuben was actually a homosexual pedophile? My friend had to do a report on him for humanities.

  • @bookworm4644 If that's true it only makes him cooler.

    I doubt it, though.

  • @bookworm4644 did you know that your a filthy little gossipper, whos gossip is centuries old at that

  • arnold!!! hes the best

  • 7:11

    York, PA

I live the next county over!! And it is on Liberty's Kid's?!?!?

  • Von Stuben, he may be tough but he helped to whip the American soldiers into shape!

  • I think they underestimated the severity of Valley Forge. I guess to make it less graphic

  • Ahh.

We meet again with Marquis de Lafayette.

This time, he has soldiers to control. Thank goodness he is a General and helps General Washington.

  • I remember I came home from school early because I just got my bottom braces put on and I was leaving for California the next day. I remember I was jumping up and down I was so excited to watch this episode!

  • ahaha wtf 12$ to the best built house in every regiment ahahaha thats like hundreds of thousands today almost millions

  • *giggles uncontrollably* That was Aaron Carter, followed by Arnold Schwartsenegger!!! *giggle* (I know I spelled his name wrong...sorry...)

  • Did you know the General Von Stuben actually could not speak English at all?

  • correct! he had 3 translators. Someone to translate german to italian, a young boy to translate from Italian to French, and Alexander hamilton from French to English. One time there was an account where von Stuben got annoyed w/ the troops and cussed them out and it was translated! when hamilton shouted out the insult the men looked at him shocked and hamilton just shrugged. lol.
