Kate is having yet another MRI today and I was drawn back to this song. I am so grateful for its beauty and its calm, and so hope it is true. Hoping good things for the McRaes, for Kate.

My friend from high school passed away yesterday after a long battle with cancer. I have listened to this song over and over. I feel like it has been written for so many survivors and non-survivors, mourning families and rejoicing families. Thank you for such a beautiful song.

i randomly found this song by my interest in the winter snow song. As I rocked my infant son, Luke, 14 months old, a little over 2 1\2 years after our daughter Layah passed away, I felt like the song was for her as well. Thank you for sharing such a moving song. My husband and I have not stopped praying for Kate and your family since we heard your story the day before her surgery.
