It's mostly funny because of what happens a few seconds after this clip ends, when she keeps going on and on about the heaving breaths, and finally Tim Curry just cuts her off in mid-sentence and continues with his exposition. :)

Mrs. White is just so weird...this is the ending of the movie where they find out that everyone was a murderer except for Mr. Greene; Mrs. White (who seemed so innocent and bizarre) is guilty of killing the maid. It's so funny because she hated Yvette so much that words couldn't do it justice. LOL this scene is the best.

It's a question of opinion really. I find this scene hillarious because the actress is incredibly funny portraying this particular scene...the "f-flames...flames on the...side of my face" - It's just so hillarious. Don't you get it? She's trying to describe a rage attack.
