Lawyers are not taught this. The subject is absent. Some figure it out, but are "barred" from discussing it, as it would be considered damaging to the "bar." So the only lawyers likely to figure this out have probably spent a lot of money and years of their lives pursuing a legal carreer, giving them an involuntary incentive to maintain the "bar."

UCC 3-402 Notes 1 and 2. Notes 1 excerpt: "If under the law of agency the represented person would be bound by the act of the representative in signing either the name of the represented person or that of the represented person or that of the representative, the signature is the authorized signature of the represented person." Note 2 excerpt: "If the signature unambiguously shows that it's made on behalf of an identified PERSON, the agent IS NOT liable." It works! It's worked for me.

We can do it without the constitution. Citizens aren't a party to the contract. Living men of earth have birth rights. We just need to know what they are and how to claim them.

Phillip, there is a lot more to it then just that.

You have to know who you are first and foremost, and for most people this will take months of study just by itself, but in do time they will come to know who they are (ask and you shall recieve, search and you shall find)

Next, they have to learn to back out of the contracts

Secure their soveriegnty

Learn commerce

Be active in commerce ( all of life and the bible as well is about commerce ... trade/product/substance/law )
